Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) / Textured Soy Protein (TSP)

This dehydrated tofu exceeded my expectations. Once rehydrated, the texture was impressive — firm, hearty, and very similar to meat, which made it perfect for a variety of dishes. It absorbed marinades and seasonings exactly the way I hoped, giving every recipe a rich, full flavor. My only suggestion would be to offer larger package options, as this is a product I’d love to keep stocked in bigger quantities.
