Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) / Textured Soy Protein (TSP)

I followed the preparation steps on the website, and was very happy with the result. I used a combination of Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Vegetable and Penzey's Singapore Seasoning as a marinade, and then used the prepared TVP/TSP with noodles and Toon Sauce. So delicious! And one prep session provides days of meals.
