Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP) / Textured Soy Protein (TSP)

Large pieces. Simmered in stock. Made sure to press and squeeze dry. Seared and then simmered in sauce. Yuk yuk yuk. I do hope the smaller ones are better I have a whole box of packages! May the next attempt go in the bowl and not the bin. Wonderful service and sweet packaging with a note that would give it 5 stars. But I would need to be able to eat the thing that came with the letter. It would just be me and my first attempt.

I absolutely love this TVP, I have tried so many different ones but this one cooks up so well and absorbs flavor quite nicely. I will always order my soy proteins form Yang Kee Trading, their customer service is top notch!!!
