This is just such a refreshing because customer service is almost nonexistent these days for pretty much every industry. When we went vegan in 2019 one of the things I missed was pork floss. I love that we can eat it and not feel guilty and appreciate that it does not contain MSG.
Excellent as topping on Asian and non Asian dishes. For instance, I loved it on Mac & cheese like my mother used to toss crumbled bacon. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is that my vegan son (who has never tasted pork) doesn’t like it as much as I do. So, 5 stars if you are looking for pork flavor crunchy topping—not so much if pork isn’t your thing.
Thank you for selling these! They're getting harder to find at even the Asian markets. I used to love the meat version growing up and just accepted that the veggie version would be near impossible to get. I'm never going back to eating meat again though, it's been over thirty years. So when I saw your product online and especially after it arrived (!!) I was once again a happy kid - at least inside :)
